Delivery and Returns


Orders are usually dispatched within 24hrs, excluding personalised items, stock permitting. Orders placed on a Saturday/Sunday/public holiday, will be dispatched on the next available working day. In the event of an item being temporarily out of stock, we will be in touch to notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as we can.

Delivery is subject to stock availability and payment authorisation. The delivery timescales noted above are provided only as an estimate and are dependent on the postal service used. Goods will be sent to the address provided by you during your order.

If you order products from our site outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.



If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products (excluding personalised items) can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product for an exchange or refund. 

Personalised items may only be returned if the product is faulty. Please refer to our Damaged/Faulty Goods section below and for further clarification.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:


  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is in its original packaging/retains tags and labels
  • The product isn't used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase


Products that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable, with exception of faulty items, goods not as advertised or incorrect orders. The returning item is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore we strongly advise that you use a recorded postal service as we cannot accept responsibility for lost items. We refund the price of the item, excluding postage. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. We cannot provide refunds or exchanges on products that are lost in the post whilst being returned to us.


Damaged/Faulty Goods

If you received a damaged or faulty product, please notify us immediately for assistance.



All refunds will be credited back via the original payment type. We aim to process all refunds within 7 working days of having received the returned order. Please note that funds may take additional time to return to your account, depending on your bank provider’s terms. You will receive an email confirming the completion of your refund.
